「Everything about this motel was extraordinary. The best motel we have ever stayed in. The staff offered exceptional customer service. From those on front reception to the staff in the restaurant they were amazing. The accomodation was warm, secure and well furnished in a French style. The king bed so comfortable and the bonus was that it had an electric blanket. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The water pressure was excellent providing wonderful hot showers. 「The room was reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Several basic items missing from room - plates, cutlery, tea towel, extra blankets - even though there was a microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. The bed also skated on the Lino floor each time I sat on it, which was a bit hazardous. The wheels on the beds need to sit in small coaster-cups. Apart from that, I was quite comfortable. 」

「This was an outdated and overpriced property compared to others we used on our trip. It wasn’t helpful that the name on the building was different to the one we booked. Communication with Hotels.com wasn’t good and I ended up having to call the property while standing outside and emailing ID documents to get access to the property. It’s never happened on previous bookings and I wasn’t impressed 」

「Nuallen House is a well appointed, clean, warm and spacious home to base yourself for exploring the surrounding national parks. We stayed as a group of work colleagues and were very comfortable during a cold winter week.」
