「一切都很好」

「Employees at the hotel could not have been nicer.! So much so that I had a suspicion they thought I was a spy, secret shopper, etc for the company! Super nice. They even called me after check in to see how it went and if everything went well! And The room had amenities that a higher end hotel provides. A Keurig was provided ( we travel with our own ) so the in room coffee was leaps above the standard hotel coffee maker. Our room was convenient to the breakfast area tho where the breakfast and...

「Property is in need of a refresh. Breakfast service was outstanding. Front desk staff very polite but severely undertrained. (Did not know how to do an upgrade. Confused with prepayment and credit card submission.) Breakfast lady a gem.」

「The service was good. My sales partner has cerval palsy and walks with braces so they gave us a first floor room but it was smoking and we didn’t feel comfortable. The woman at the front desk was nice tho. And we were desperate, plus it was inexpensive…but that’s about the only way I’d recommend this place. 」
