Pretty much poor across the board. Tight rooms, constant noise-slamming doors, cars, highway, staff unable to help with problems or requests. My biggest problem was the dirtiness. Neither inside nor outside were clean. Someone from another room spilled coffee in our hallway the first night in the coffee stains stayed there until we checked out eight days later. Trash built up inside our hallway, on the grounds, and in the back area where we took our dogs over the eight days we were there. In the area we took our dogs, sand and dirt were deep on walkway and got in my shoes each time I took the dogs out so I was constantly having to wash my feet. We asked for a mid week cleaning of our room and restock. I was told they didn’t have a vacuum, but someone could use a broom, but I honestly couldn’t tell that had been done. Stingy on supplies— I had to go almost daily to refill coffee, pods, towels, soap, and toilet paper. Even after we had asked the desk for a restock of our room and left a list for the housekeeper with a nice tip, I had to go get toilet paper so we were not out that night, coffee, pods and soap. No Kleenex, we had to go and buy our own along with paper towels, so we could clean. Ran out of shampoo and body wash and when I went to the supply cabinet because no one was around, found that they were refilling the nice bottles in the bathroom with a much cheaper brand which explains why it took about a handful of shampoo to get enough to wash my hair sufficiently.
