I will never again stay at a property where not a single employee gave a damn about the fact that I was unwell. I asked for a late checkout which Kevin approved, but then he waited until I left to place a $50 late checkout fee on my card.
When I called last night to inquire about it, the woman who answered the phone, and refused to identify herself, very curtly told me that I would have to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. I called this morning and spoke to a Keisha who pretended not to know who I was and made me explain the whole sordid story to her again, and then placed me on hold, supposedly, to read the notes, but when she came back, she said I'd need to talk to the general manager. I refused to expend anymore of my limited energy fighting for $50. I hope it makes them trillionaires!!
