“This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat.”

“Receptionist could not assist with operation of TV. Advised that we'd have to wait until next day for hotel maintenance to assist. We were only staying one night. Assigned room was on the ground floor, which was nice. The laundry room was right across the hall and the employees started work very early which didn't allow a late wakeup.”

“This was just a one night stay on our way to GA. From the moment I walked in the hotel the experience was very nice! The hotel was very clean and smelled very nice!! The clerks that checked me in & out were very pleasant and friendly. If I ever have to come back thru this area I would definitely stay at this location again!! ”

“This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg.
