「Host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was as described. All provisions were adequate. Only downside was the Intercom which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't but I'm guessing it's more the Reception desk rather than the unit itself with the problem. Will book again when I return. 」

「剛住進房間雖然覺得裝潢擺設還不錯，但是一到夜幕低垂才發現房內燈光實在太過昏暗，實在不適合商務辦公。 浴廁裡面的衛浴五金維護不佳，洗手台的水龍頭基座已脫落，使用起來搖搖晃晃，淋浴間的切換蓮蓬頭的開關也脫落故障，總要弄半天後才能正確切換。 早餐只是很簡單buffet配上Ala Carte breakfast,不要期待會有豐富的早餐。 不過服務人員服務態度是很不錯的，櫃台態度是很親切，porter也是非常有禮貌，門口的Concierge服務態度親切盡責，尤其旅館的大門不在主要道路上，他總是不厭其煩跑到前面路口幫忙叫車過來，讓人感覺很貼心。 關於吃的方面，旅館附近的的餐館很多，麥當勞就在大門出去左前方，附近也有Pizza店，旁邊中國餐廳有兩家，但是要吃麥當勞對面那家店北京菜的"鹿鳴春"海鮮餐廳才好，雖然味道重些但是道地的中國口味，我覺得好吃，7-11便利商店旁邊的Causeway廣東海鮮餐廳，生意雖然不錯，但是客人好像大多是當地菲律賓人，昨晚去吃的經驗是炒飯炒太乾，蠔油芥蘭好難咬，實在很難吃。」

「Very weak aircon makes it difficult to rest. Good thing I was tired enough to go back to bed and somehow managed to sleep through the night. This hotel desperately needs a renovation.」

「預訂King size 大床 , 但給的是倆張小床房 , 要求更換在櫃檯等了1.5小時拿到尚未裝璜完成的房間 , 同事的房間都是油漆及化學藥劑味道 , 沒有熱水 , 門鎖打不開 , 連續住3晚確都修不好 . 我與同事的浴室沒有任何浴巾 , 要求櫃台送得到的答案是, 第二天早上再來電話補給你 , 每天早上8點就有裝璜工人在隔壁房, 樓上房間 , 樓下房間開始鑽地敲打施工 , 簡直是個爛透的酒店」

「This is my second worse experience of the red planet (most worse is in angelas red planet). the wifi were difficult to connect and the staff were also forget to reset my account and password, super slow wifi speed. there are also have drainage problem in the shower, the air-con were very noisy like WWII Tank and the cool function was just like fans, even I turn on the air-con, the room still humid. I have booked Quazon red planet several times before, but the condition of it are getting worse,...
