「El hotel es bonito, el servicio es lo mínimo que esperarías de un hotel de esta categoría. Pero lo que sí es lamentable son los olores de los pasillos y de los baños. Se ve que el departamento de mantenimiento es muy pequeño. 」

「Lo único que creo que valdría la pena ponerle más enfoque es que puedan llevar terminal bancaria para el servicio al cuarto, así como mayor limpieza en sus habitaciones, ya que en mi caso, la sabana de mi habitación tenía una mancha, la cuál me incomodó y preferí quitarla, pero igual uno se queda con la duda sobre la limpieza y el cambio de sábanas de la habitación. 」

「We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.」

「Conveniently located on a beautiful plaza. Fantastic restaurant and bar next door! There were holiday activities goingnon in the plaza and a live jazz band in the restaurant below. Was quite noisy until around 1130pm.」
