The location is great. It is located in old town Quebec city, just accross Hotel Fairmot. Also a 3 min walk to the funicular, dufferin terrace, quartier petit champlain. The 2 queen bedroom is big with courtyard view. windows cannot be opened but it’s ok coz they have aircon. Only downside is the water in the shower, temperature becomes too hot then cold. Just for info their front desk is not 24 hours so if you are arriving late, you need to call ahead so they will give you instruction on how to get your key. Hotel is clean and bed is comfy.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to everything in Old Quebec City. Such a unique boutique hotel, newly renovated with enough of the old charm still showing through. We went during early Spring so the resto was not available however there were plenty of eating place around the area. It was central that we were able to go in and out of our hotel to rest in between excursions and outside activities. The Le Chateau Frontenac is literally across the street and a stone throw away from the Dufferin Terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Very clean both in our rooms and the common areas. Bed were comfortable; lots of towels provided; room very cozy! Would highly recommend!

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du vieux Québec. Chambre standard 1 lit Queen petite mais très fonctionnelle, parfait pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Rien de luxueux, mais comprend tout le nécessaire : lit et oreillers confortables, petit réfrigérateur, sèche-cheveux, produits pour la douche, 2 fauteuils pour se détendre, petite cafetière Nespresso. Aucune commode, mais petit garde-robe. Le mobilier démontre quelques signes d’usure, mais tout est propre. Salle de bain rénovée. Hôtel calme et agréable. Aucun stationnement directement à l’hôtel, mais stationnement payant à l’Hotel de ville à proximité (moins de 5 minutes de marche). Si vous aimez le café, allez chez Mr Smith à quelques pas de l’hôtel : croissant et café délicieux !! Plusieurs pubs et autres petites boutiques à environ 5 minutes de marche. J’y retournerais !

We were so looking forward to staying here based on other reviews and the photos online. We required an accessible room for some of our party. They did not have an accessible room but we compromised as they had an elevator. Firstly, we had arrived near the entrance only to find that it was blocked off due to construction. We could see the entrance but couldn’t get to it. We drove around for an hour trying to get to the other side only to get there and the block is closed off due to a gas line break ( potentially caused by the construction). We had to park a block or so away, eat an early dinner then take a taxi to the hotel with all of our luggage and elderly guests. They were very friendly, but unapologetic for the major inconvenience and stress to us. When we were having trouble accessing the Inn, we asked if we could just cancel so we can go somewhere else and he said they would do something for us if we stayed but they so far did not. The listing indicated there was a restaurant, but it’s seasonal and not opened yet. Our rooms were not ones shown in the listing and lacked the character we were expecting. Overall, it’s a nice place, with friendly staff, but this was not a great way for us to start our road trip with two elderly ladies. ( or for anyone). Disappointed that the staff did not recognize this.

Perfect location in Old Quebec. The room was nice but lack warmth. The walls are white without picture frames. We had to change as there was no circulation of air. They easily accommodate us with a much bigger room with the same white and empty walls. It was off season so easy for them to accommodate us. Otherwise we would have to stay in a suffocating room. We did not see any air conditioning in both rooms. Other than aesthetics in the rooms its a great place to go, walkable to anywhere in Old Quebec. We will definitely go back
