We stayed here 2 months ago for 2 weeks to explore renting/buying an apartment, and returned in July for another 2 weeks while we closed on a property. The staff was very nice to us, the Osan AB main gate is a 2-3 walk, lots of realtors, shopping, money exchange places, places to eat, etc.
We never heard anyone in an adjoining room or above us. The air conditioner worked well, very needed with temps in the upper 80s/low 90s and very humid. A buffet style breakfast was included, with made-to-order eggs, American and Korean food items. Bus, taxi and a not too far subway station made getting around easy and very inexpensive compared to the states. (A subway ride from here to Seoul, about 2 hours, cost about $3.) Most taxi rides were in the $3.50-11.00 range.
We highly recommend this place, though it is now the "World Hotel" with an address:
117, Gukje-ro, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do 459-122 South Korea
Note this is the current address as some websites have a different one.
