讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Great hospitality, very safe place and great ambiance. The design of the hotel looks so nice, very clean and located in a good neighborhood. Very close to shopping centers and fun activities such as CoCo bongo, almost 3-5 minutes drive. The foods might not be the best or it might just didn’t go well with our taste but I do recommend to make reservations at the restaurants instead of eating at the buffet. Includes 4 restaurants, Tacorini was the best between all but the other ones still good too. Room service still needs to be improved cause they take a long time and barely responsive. Reception team, management and the staff so respectful, helpful, kind and caring. Had such a good experience checking in-out with Andres, made the whole process easier and walked us through everything and reassured everyone that we can reach out to him if we need anything. The overnight team also so caring, transporting us with golf cars to different areas of the resort, Keirin, Osvaldo and the security team made us feel so safe and comfortable. They do also offer tours and exploring options, Jose helped us to pick the best options aligned with our preferences and time. The Wellness and Spa center is so overpriced meanwhile, but instead they do a lot of fun activities and they offer free admission to Fun republic which is an area including so much things to do (parks,mini golf,amusement,disco…) which is really close and it’s in the same resort and they will give you ride with golf cars.
