不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala. El servicio es pésimo, la atención extremadamente lenta y varias veces me hicieron esperar para atenderme. Noté un trato con indiferencia hacia las personas que ellos creen que son dominicanas, lo cual me pareció muy desagradable y poco profesional.
El sport bar es de lo peor: nada especial, mala atención y mala organización.
Lo único salvable es la animación y algunas personas de la piscina, pero no compensa lo negativo. No volvería nunca.”
My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service is terrible, the attention is extremely slow, and I was made to wait several times before being helped. I noticed they treat people with indifference if they think they are Dominican, which is unprofessional and very unpleasant.
The sports bar is one of the worst parts — nothing special, poor service, and poorly organized.
The only good thing was the entertainment team and some of the pool staff, but it doesn’t make up for all the negatives. I would never come back.
