「Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. 「Staff were very nice, quick check in, the room was quite dark and the a/c unit didn’t work so did get hot without the window open, which presented a bit of a security issue as I was on the ground floor. But overall perfect for my needs, nicely decorated and clean room. 」

「Stopped away for work All the staff were very helpful and friendly Facilities are amazing Food was incredible The only downside was that the bed was comfortable because it wasn’t a true double bed but two singles pushed together and the shower fell off its holder if you turned the pressure up too high. This could just be the room I had and others may be much better. Would stay here again 」

「Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! 」

「登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。」

「While it is quite old fashioned - it was comfortable and quiet, and I slept like a log, with very nice staff. The breakfast was nice and freshly cooked with lovely fresh proper coffee. Downers - the shower is one of those very slow rate electrical ones.」
