「Was in Papamoa to help son do work around house in prep to sell . So needed a bed that was comfortable. It was very comfy. However the batteries in both tv and heatpump remotes were dead. And there was no mention of 2 story steps that had to be climbed in the dark hours, As ive not long had 2 knee replacements. Was not what i wanted to see at 12.00 at night . But was beautiful and clean. Warm once we got batteries for heater」

「Absolutely loved our stay. Was the perfect location for those with young kids. Loved the quirk to this accomadation. A little cold in the mornings so definitely a summer accomadation but we will definitely be back.」

understaffed and needs update
"stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but both not idea. the sauna door was difficult to open and close, meaning it's often left open and never gets hot enough. one hot tub's jet system was left on for the whole night as i turned it off early in the morning. meaning no staff checked the area after they closed it off the previous night. the experience didn't meet the expectation."
