We offer you our independent free standing home with modern European accents, located downtown Puerto Vallarta, close to the well known beach 'Playa Camarones' and the famous 'Malecon', Puerto Vallarta´s always busy city beach promenade.
Within minutes of walk you come to shops, the local fish and fruit market, restaurants, bars, beaches, parks. You reach the local sports stadium in 10 minutes walk and the famous boardwalk, called Malecon, as well.

Enjoy the private solar heated pool, the private outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 persons, the large sun decks, partly covered, a tranquil common lounge area in front of the pool and many more amenities our property has to offer for you, shared with nobody else!
Our exquisite home has it all on 3,600 square feet of living space: Panoramic views, a gourmet kitchen, A/C throughout, a remote controlled indoor garage.
Offered to you are unlimited free phone calls inside Mexico and to the USA, Canada, Middle-South America and Europe!
WiFi all over the property with up to 80 MB/s.

Living room: 55" 4K Smart TV, cable TV with some channels in English (f.e. CNN, FoxNews), NETFLIX and other streaming services, sound system with BlueTooth.
All bedrooms: 32" flat TV with some English channels

We will ask for a surcharge for more guests than 4, in total up to 10 guests.- This will automatically be calculated when you enter the number of guests.
For more than 6 guests optional we can install a queen size airbed at one of the bedrooms and/or we can install 2 twin size beds at a common area.
We have a cot for small kids and a kids high chair.

Please note the house is up a small hill which does provide a beautiful view but also means that the street is steep for one small block for walking. If you know Puerto Vallarta at all, this is pretty common as the hills are one of the attractions. For those who drive, you have your own fully secure indoor garage for parking.
Also taxis, UBER, inDrive and bus fares are very cheap.

Lizendy Olaine, called Liz, cooked for many foreign guests. She can prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner on request. She is specialized in traditional Mexican dishes, but she will take into account your taste. Please ask for availability and prices for this service. Guest reviews: "Personal chef making fabulous authentic Mexican meal. Best meal of our trip hands down!" - „If you want to enjoy Mexican food at home Liz is amazing! We had her for 4 meals and loved all of them!“ - "Dinner by Liz was excellent. The food was fantastic and Liz was very, very nice."
Karla Morales, owns Chay Catering, also cooked for foreign guest. "Excellent breakfast and dinner service" wrote one of our guests.

We suggest you purchase trip insurance on your own to cover personal possessions and any complication you man encounter on your trip.

AIR CONDITION. We have minisplit A/Cs for every room. Electricity is very expansive in Mexico. We have a seperate elñectric meter only for the A/Cs an we include 30 kWh per day into our daily rental rate, what is good for to use at the bedrooms at night. Please note we will charge you at check out for higher consumtions with 0.25 USD / kWh.

Amazing Spot! Great House, great Location, great Stay!
The house was fantastic. The owner greeted us personally after keeping track of our flight into PV. He explained how everything works, had a thorough folder with a lot of great suggestions, and clear instructions for the rental process. We would 100% choose the house again for any travels to PV where my family lives!

Beautiful house in a great location
My family and I were absolutely impressed by this property that includes a beautiful view over Puerto Vallarta, a swimming pool and even a Jacuzzi. The location is perfect because it is a walking distance from the beach, a fish market and great roof top restaurants. The owner went beyond expectations to make our stay confortable and had great recommendations for doing activities within and outside Puerto Vallarta. We hired a driver to go to San Pancho then Sayulita and it was the highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Puerto Vallarta and around.

Family Vacation
Overall, our family enjoyed our stay very much! Claus is extremely kind and responsive! I will say, however, that we stayed for six (6) days while running the air conditioning (AC) minimally and still incurred an additional $150 USD expense for AC usage. One AC unit had to be serviced during our stay because it was leaking significantly. The morning of our checkout we had to visit an ATM to be able to pay the extra expense. I encourage anyone interested in staying at this property to inquire about specifics regarding the AC. Thank you, Claus!

We had a wonderful stay in this Villa. A central location, it is easy to walk to beach and most of PV but you also feel like you’re in a true neighborhood. Claus is an excellent host. We will stay again!

We enjoyed our time at Villa Europa. The location is great, with a large market just blocks away, and a fantastic restaurant across the road. The views from both upper and lower decks were wonderful and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the neighborhood activity. Also, most days we saw whales splashing in the bay mid afternoon. Claus is a wonderful host. He drove us to the house for our arrival and made sure we were comfortable. Any issues that arose during our stay were dealt with quickly. And, we appreciated the ride to the airport on our departure day.

We had a great time and fantastic Christmas at Villa Europa. Thank you, Claus, for meeting us and showing us around. We appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations throughout. Villa Europa location and view was amazing and for us the neighbourhood was perfect. The only negative was the hill, but that what made it unique and if you don't want to cook just across the street, there is an excellent restaurant called Tacoquila.Thanks, Claus, and looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful property
We stayed at this property for 10 days in November 2023 and had a wonderful time. The property is large and beautiful and the location is fantastic. We walked to the beach, malecon and restaurants daily with ease. We felt safe and secure in the house and the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this property. Owners were wonderful to us.

Son’s 15 birthday trip
It was 6 of us total. 4 adults 1 teen and 1 child. It was a great time. The house is amazing, with a great location. We loved all the amenities and the privacy. It was really clean and had everything you needed. The host are very friendly and super responsive. I would stay there again.

We really loved the house!
We loved the house!!!! Our very introverted son loved the ‘basement’ room, and we greatly enjoyed the layout and feel of the house!!! It could easily house 3 couples needing some privacy. Our only problem is that IF the power goes out … both the air conditioning and the water pump do not work. Our host said power outages were to be expected and in the dry season the lack of breeze combined with a power outage on 2 evenings made the house very uncomfortable. The power company did replace the transistor the day we left, and the host did offer a partial refund. But the last evening was pretty uncomfortable. Do seriously consider using taxis during your stay!!!! We rented a car as the villa has a garage, but aside from one day where we visited a few beaches, we could have used taxis and probably paid less for the week, and parking is not as available as in the US. (We live in a city with minimal public transport, and so I didn’t consider just using taxis when it would have worked fine for my family.) La Traviata had amazingly good pizza, and the very small convenience store on the same block was a life saver when we needed some aloe for excessive sun!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Europa! The house was spotless when we arrived and Claus met us there, gave us the tour and then allowed us to settle in. The area is perfect, just far enough away from the action that it was quiet but still well within walking distance to the malecon, beach, restaurants and stores. Very nice family sized rental
Everything was clean and well stocked and everything functioned well for the duration of the trip. The host was very reachable and responsive. Some small restaurants and cafes and wine bars are popping up within really easy walking distance that adds to the convenience. Such a great alternative to the resorts and the overcrowded conditions the areas immediately around the resorts have to endure. But if that is your thing it’s just a few minutes walk to beach and all the beachside attractions. The decks lacked significant sunshine but that’s a time of year thing I’m sure it’s there much of the year just not January. The location near the top of the hill is a challenge for the walk back from the beaches. But it’s literally a couple hundred meters and obviously helps with the great views over the city and down towards the water. I’d recommend this large multi-ensuite family house with no reservation at all.

Very pleasant with beautiful views from all outdoor areas. Claus was very friendly, attentive and always available. No negative issues with any part of our stay. Uber transportation accessible. Communication with Claus was easy and his responses swift. We rented his home last minute without problems. Upon arrival he met us at the property to explain how everything works. His home sits on a hill overlooking an old neighborhood. The beach, OXOX stores, and many restaurants are within walking distance. His home is lovely and inviting. The pictures shown do not do it justice. This is a tri level home. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Water and ice from the refrigerator are filtered, this is a big plus. You are able to call UBER with a quick response and the cost is very low, much preferred to use them than Taxis. The pool was refreshing as the weather was very hot and humid. In all this house was a perfect fit for us. looking forward to returning.

Villa Europa was great!
My wife and I, sister and another couple all loved the comfort of the house. Set up very well for us to socialize, relax and have private spaces. The three very separate bedrooms with own baths was nice. The three terraces were really nice. The neighborhood was fine and close to everything we wanted with nice walks and easy access further by Uber or cabs. The hill does add to the walk but felt great and allows for the views. We felt completely safe inside and out of the house. Loved the open, airy feel of the house. Only MINOR issue could the neighborhood sounds of dogs, roosters, people hollering very early in the morning but could close up the bedrooms and turn on air conditioning. Claus was great to work with- very helpful and not at all intrusive. We were all happy with this home and the value!
