This hotel is tired and needs some renovations to update rooms. It is located really well but the rooms are small and crowded. The pool on the roof top is very small. The hotel is clean and located well.

This hotel is quite nice for the price, the hotel was clean, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location, about 100m off the Malecón, about a block and a half from the pier, and so close to the beach it was incredible. The street vendors and restaurants so close were amazing. The downside though, this is a hotel, that we booked to be able to sleep in. We tried to be a couple blocks off the main area and close to the park in hopes of sleep. The bar downstairs pumped base and loud music until 2am, we were on the floor directly above it. If I was to stay here again, I would only do so on the promise that we would be guaranteed a room on a higher floor and on the inside so that it wasn’t vibrating through the floor from below. Other than that, great location, great pool, great staff.

Hotel was great. It is a perfect location to the beach and all the culture is right outside the door. It’s a safe location and the staff was great. Our room was a little outdated but the a-c worked good and it was sufficient.

Location is excellent close to bars, restaurants, clubs, beach etc. Our room looked out to adjacent property which was an eyesore! Cleaning staff were excellent. Pools & rooftop deck were well maintained. Would be nice to have a few more umbrellas for shade. Room itself was clean & spacious, would add either a microwave or toaster oven to the kitchenette.

Great location, great value, very comfortable cute hotel. Loved the atrium with all the plants. Would like to have had pool towels available but not a big deal. Love that walkable area and so many restaurants around. Good value for the price, very nice staff and the hotel is well taken care of.

This hotel is located in the middle of everything. Great location to step out into high dense area. If you don’t like crowds don’t stay here. I knew before and it’s what I wanted. Great vibe. Room was quiet bed was very hard, which I like. Some English channels on small tv was cool with me. Had a security guard at night in the lobby and a lot of police in the area locked and loaded. Great one night stay. Rooftop pool with view of the park which setting up for a big music event this weekend. Go problem: water went out the day I left in the whole area. It was planned tho some biz’s didnt know before hand

I had no hot water in the shower. Plenty in the bathroom sink, but none in the shower. They said to let it run for 5 minutes and it would heat up. I let it run for 20 minutes and it never goth more than luke warm. They wouldn't do anything about it. Also there was a step up to the bathroom. I was afraid of stumbling over it in the middle of the night.
