Hotel property was beautiful, the beach was gorgeous, and the staff were so wonderful, specifically Denise and Moses!
We had booked a king bed room 4 months before arrival and were given 2 doubles. After speaking with the front desk, they had no solutions and just told us that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t be moved.
I understand if there is limited availability, but we booked so far in advance, which made it disappointing.
There were 4 of us travelling together, all of us got food poisoning the second day. We believe it was from the appetizers at the Spanish themed restaurant. I was sick for the whole 3rd day of our stay, I couldn’t leave the room. After that, I was quite paranoid about anything I consumed.
It was also quite disappointing that we were only given 3 restaurant reservations for our 7-day stay. We had to eat at the buffet the other nights. It seems quite abnormal as I have never experienced this at other all-inclusives.
Overall I’d give it 3-stars. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed, there was disappointment, but it was beautiful and the staff were very nice.
