Our choice to book the relatively unknown Four Points was a gamble due to limited reviews and no actual photos available. However, our five-night stay in mid-December pleasantly surprised us. The hotel had recently opened, and we were among the first guests, enjoying the freshness of the facilities and excellent service. The staff's service-mindedness and courtesy was something else, we loved our stay here.
With a capacity of 240 rooms, the hotel was nearly empty during our visit, providing ample space and solitude by the pool. We booked the King Deluxe Suite with a Pool View but encountered an issue with a blinking light in our first room. Despite initial attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. We were graciously upgraded to a suite due to this, a gesture we greatly appreciated.
Our only feedback concerns the restaurant. Breakfast and poolside lunch options were delightful, but dining there for five consecutive nights grew monotonous due to the limited and inconsistent dinner menu. We look forward to the addition of another restaurant in the resort/area.
The surrounding area lacked nighttime entertainment options, except for one restaurant up the beach. We also booked an underwater river tour through the hotel, which was smooth and highly recommended.
Our stay at Four Points was remarkable, marked by impeccable service and the scenic location, and for us the unique experience of being in a nearly empty resort. If you're looking for a great stay in the area, come here!
