We enjoyed the beautiful room and benefits of high quality liquor choices in the preferred lounge. We were disappointed in the food choices and consistency of portions and quality. Room service options were very limited and the app rarely worked while on the property.Service was also sporadic. Overall I would choose other Secret’s properties over this one.

It should be clearer that this facility is a shared resort with Breathless. Rooms were not cleaned well. The food portions were small. Room service ordered but never came. The service was terrible!!! Definitely not worth the money. Things started off wrong by having to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to take us to our room after checking in. They tried to blame it on it being high season even though it is not. Also, this is a resort, and should be able to service large numbers of people. However, they seemed to be understaffed and poorly managed. Most staff are slow to bring you things that you request. We were never able to use the app to make reservations or order things. We had to request things multiple times or get them ourselves. We were promised a bottle of champagne by a manager for our troubles, which we never received. The dinner buffet was closed without notice on the evening of Jan. 1st. Instead, they had an outdoor semi-buffet with dry overcooked limited items. It was supposed to be open at 6:30, however it didn't open until 7 pm. Several people complained, to which they told people that they could go to one of the restaurants where they would wait 45 minutes. People chose the buffet for convenience, which was not a thing. One of the few people who we thought were nice and attentive in the Spoon café crossed boundaries by holding my hand and kissing my cheek without my permission, which made me feel completely uncomfortable and violated. I never saw any of the other waiters doing this or him doing this to any other guest.

Did not meet expectations. Very disappointing. Food at restaurants was not good, no alcohol other than beer in the room. Not worth the money. They tried to upsell before we even got in our room. Will take my business elsewhere when I come back to Cancun.

This is a pretty nice mid-level resort. I enjoyed the level of service, how clean things were and just the general vibe. My favorite part was being able to walk to the Breathless side of the resort for more of a party vibe if I wanted.

We came to celebrate our 20th anniversary and loved our experience. Loved our swimout room although it did have a bit of a moldy smell inside the room, not sure why that was because the room and surrounding areas inside and out were well maintained and clean and beautiful.The Staff was great! They go above and beyond! We visited the Rosewater restaurant, hibachi, strip grill, Spumante and buffet. All had great food options. Even the wood grilled pizzas were great by the pool. Only downside was the club After dark. If you weren't drinking wine or beer then their mixed drinks were horrible. Also they closed at 1am, so that's a little early for my preference on vacation. Beach wasn't turquoise clear but it was a good view for those that don't go in the beach waters anyways. Great first experience for all inclusive in Cancun.

Visited for my birthday and anniversary and it was top tier service! they upgraded our room apon arrival, the property is gorgeous!! food is actually good and have access to top shelf alcohol. there is always events and activities going on. all staff is friendly and very attentive, I will definitely be back next time i visit cancun!

Nos decepcionó mucho. Las fotos de la playa para nada son como en realidad esta… escogimos este hotel para poder disfrutar de la playa, meternos a nadar en el mar y hay muchas rocas, sargazo y el color del mar para nada tiene colores como el del caribe. La alberca muy llena, no había camastros ni sillas para estar. El servicio de algunas personas extraordinario. No nos gustó que todos los restaurantes excepto uno se comparten con Breathless y por consiguiente la calidad de bebidas es menor a la que pagamos y los platillos eran más sencillos que en secrets. La alberca es pequeña para el tamaño del hotel y hay solo una alberca. En las fotos se aprecia más grande. Solicitamos nos llevaran a otro secrets con buena playa a pasar el día con un day pass y nos dijeron que no. Nos decepcionó bastante el hotel. No cumplió con nuestras expectativas. No lo recomiendo.
