"This hotel is nicely build. It has electricity generator to compensate for public network failures. The staff is effective. The room has real windows that can be opened. Active ventilation from the bathroom. There are some minor technical problems that could be easily solved by more attentive supervision. Restaurant is good. Included breakfast is good with some choice. The hotel is on the beach and beaten by the waves at high tide. The beach itself can be used but does not have clear...

"Great resort, wonderful staff, extremely accommodating and very clean. The food is amazing also quite beach access. The dive shop is top notch. You won’t get hassled by people like in sabang. I will only stay at badladz from now on when visiting puerto galera. Oh and the beer is ice cold!"

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. 5 levels elevator broken. My wife in disabled and it was extremely difficult for her to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. Asked for ground level room, they said too bad. Padlocks instead if door keys. Sheets had holes in them. Bathtub, but handles removed so to couldn't use it. Cement floor with paint on it pealing off. Pool water always cloudy. I could go on but you get the idea..."

"There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

"This resort ticks all the boxes for me being a solo traveler. Very clean, better than average facilities, super comfortable rooms. The restaurant is terrific for simple meals and snacks. The staff here are extremely attentive and so friendly. This place will always be my choice when in this location."
