「Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges.」

「We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Monty. Our host Gill was very helpful in advance of our arrival and checking in was easy. The villa was a short 10 minute taxi ride from the airport which meant we were settling in within an hour of landing which was fantastic. The villa was very well appointed and the pool and table tennis were enjoyed by all. The location is very near to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets meaning we did n ot need a car and could enjoy walking to everything we needed....

「property is beautiful and very modern with everything you would need included. Lots of TV stations, all essentials included such as sop We had a welcome pack of wine, water and some lovely snacks too. Cleaning materials, towels etc all included and everything is in good condition and as it appears on the pictures. Location is perfect just a 2 minute walk to the nearest small supermarket and 5/10 minutes to the main strip. Interactions with host was professional and queries resolved immediately....
