讚好：設施服務和住宿狀況
不滿：職員與服務
Hotel is new, very clean, in the center of town. Convenient area to stay. However, I gave it a low rating due to the staff.
During our stay on 03/07-03/08, we spoke to the front desk person at check-in and advised that we will be returning very late from out of town and asked if we could get a late check-out. She was nice and polite and said, check out is at 11 am, but that she would have our check out time at 11:30. She also said that she would leave a note for the morning shift letting them know that we will be calling in the morning to see if we can get a later check out.
We got back to the hotel around 5am, we called the front desk to ask if we could do a later check-out (mind you, the hotel was not full) we spoke to Gracie from the front desk, and she was very rude. Her tone of voice was condescending. She said, "check-out is at 11 am and you cannot stay any longer". When we told her that the person that checked us in the night before said we could check-out at 11:30 she answered back with "AGAIN, you need to be out by 11:00". She was very short, she didn't give us a reason,
