We really enjoyed our stay at this unique property! When a hotel is on the National Registry, some grace is required. The lobby area is beautiful and historic, as are the public areas and the sleeping rooms. Parking is limited and we were caught with a full lot at times, especially when there were functions on property. LOVED the live music in the lounge - what a bonus! Rooms are small but well appointed - bathroom was tiny. Some shower tile replacement was needed. The suite upgrade was more than worthwhile. Wifi was spotty, therefore frustrating. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, as was the location - SO convenient to downtown Prescott. Appreciated the wine selections.
Front desk team was awesome - disappointed that the coffee/cocktail window in the lobby was hit and miss in terms of staffing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will look forward to returning.
