Aqui estão os principais pontos que me levaram a essa insatisfação: - Check-in atrasado: a unidade não estava pronta. Mesmo chegando no horário, só consegui entrar no quarto às 17:30. - Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado não funcionavam. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”
