"Guido's flat is in a very nice residential complex in a lovely area. The views are awesome and just 10 mins from Moena, you are spoiled for choice with so many amazing places to visit. The flat has everything (almost) that you need and is clean and comfortable. Also Guido and Fabia are excellent hosts. Only thing missing is wifi."

"The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It had everything we needed. We had never skied Seiser Alm on the Kastelruth side it was awesome!! Free parking, and not as stressful as Sankt Ulrich! We will definitely ski there again!! "It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. "Great for a one night stay. Sheets seemed very clean and breakfast was a nice thing to have! We ended up driving to the wrong address based on the address sent to us. It took us to someones house 15 min away which was an extra 30 min to our already long travels. The people at the house we ended up at said this happens all the time. The hotel could maybe explain this better or ask goolge to fix this. My husbands Iphone imaps found the address but my samung google maps didnt. "

"Room for improvement as our room was very old and some furniture was broken such as the wardrobe, the bathroom was greatly outdated and the shower curtains was broken. The rooms door also had a large gap underneath it which meant we could hear everyone passing by clear as day and the view from our room was very disappointing! The only benefit was that we got checked in early but for the room we were given I was in no rush to stay in it."
