Villa Deliziosa is located over a hill in the enchanting valley of the Colli Maceratesi, yet it is just 2Km away from the beach. The buildigns dates back to the 19thcentury and was restructured by the current owers. The estate is made of two separated buildings. The main house features a wide living area with satellite flat screen Tv, a spacious indoor poorch with huge arch-shaped windows and a kitchen, featuring country-style details, that opnes onto the dining room providing the space with a cozy and warm atmosphere

In the second building, contiguous at the main house, there are a spacious, country-style dining room with a fireplace, a wood hoven and a table that can fit up to 12 people. The dependance also features a big laundry room with washing machine and dryer that will make the guests’stay even more comfortable. Villa Deliziosa is the ideal location for those who want to experience a care free holiday in absolute relaxation. The villa is easily connected by paved roads to the main food and wine areas and cultural locations of Le Marche. Picture yourself while you spend your days looking at stunning landscapes, tasting delicious food and taking daytrips to world heritage sites.

The price does not include:
Security Deposit: € 500 € to be paid in cash at check-in.
Final cleaning, energy consumption, bed and bath linen and concierge service for stays of one week € 400, for stays of two weeks € 700 and for stays of three weeks € 900 are charged.
City tax: € 1 per day per adult to be paid for the first 7 nights.

The pool is not guaranteed to be open during the months of October to May.
