「The lift cannot be used, and you can only use stair to climb up to 6 floors. Cannot store luggage when you checked out.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well located, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns that arose. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the São Bento Palace and the city center is easily accessible although we found the dining options to be plentiful in the area. We would certainly recommend this place.」

「I usually stay in hotels with just the room but staying here has changed my mind. The apartment was spacious, clean had a great view of the Sq and is everything and better than I could have asked for. Beautiful building central location to everywhere with metro, buses and trams all nearby. Shops and restaurants all araound you. Thankyou to the team for excellent communication throughout the whole stay. I would gladly recommend and would definitely co e back here if I was in Lisbon again. 」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。」

「住了4天。屋主知道我女兒有大行李，上樓梯不方便，去車站接她們，但翌日卻收了二十五歐元的清潔費」
