For the most part my family enjoyed the stay at this facility. Our biggest complaint is with the valet services.
On the first day 8 NOV, we parked around the corner of the hotel due to how full the valet part of the street was. I promptly let the valet gentleman know that was the case. My main concern was the risk of having my car towed if in spot where parking expired for too long. I came back down about an hour or hour and a half later and the vehicle hadn’t moved. I reminded a new older gentleman where my car was and he moved in quickly.
The next day 9 NOV, we let Natasha and Eric know about our small frustrations. I hadn’t received a text to call for my car yet so Natasha was able to relay the message. I met eric and then he sent the claims text. We had been in and out that day and still was unable to call for the call. Later that evening I think one of the younger valets was able to check in the car so that it could be called.
The last day (today) was the only time I was able to call for the call through the app.
Other than this small issue, our stay was awesome. All of the staff (front desk, staff, bar, breakfast, housekeeping) were nice and easy to work with. Shout out to Natasha for listening to our complaint on Saturday and the kitchen staff during breakfast for being so nice and giving gifts to the kids.
