The good news about this property was:
1. Affordable
2. Comfortable beds
3. Variety in the breakfast offerings, which were good.
4. Convenient on and off the Interstate.
The not so good news about this property mainly is the unsafe condition and the supplies in the bathroom. A handicapped accessible room was not available. However, I would have expected to find a bathmat of some kind -- preferably a rubber one or one with suction cups on the bottom. When I inquired about getting a bathmat, I was offered a bathroom rug, something that can't be used in a bathtub safely, unless the property is looking to facilitate an accident.
At any age, handicapped or not, a bathmat is an essential and honestly, everyone could use a bath rail in the bathtub.
We booked the room for six nights; bathroom supplies were not replenished as they should be. On three separate days, we had to go to the front desk to secure toilet paper!
I appreciate being asked to offer my experience at this property. Thank you.
