「Home was a haven from the cold north. Great neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and ties to our area at home. Felt very friendly and secure. Home was as advertised. Loved the jacuzzi! Close to beaches and great restaurants. Spacious and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.」

「We were in town as a family for my grandson’s college graduation. We had a wonderful time staying at Kern Rd. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, large patio area with pool & grill, quiet neighborhood & not far from stores. Owners were great in communicating. We would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a great place to stay.」

「This vrbo has it all for families!! Kid friendly eating surfaces (not just glass tables), high chair, trundle beds, a tub with hand held shower head, pool with all the accessories (noodles, floaties, towels) and beach chairs for trips to the ocean. Lots of lounging space to soak in the sun or in the shade. We ate on patio almost every day. Loved the caution strips on the tall doorsteps to outside so I didn’t bash my toes even once. Comfortable beds too! We will definitely be back to this...

「1) My family found moldy candy left on a bedroom shelf. 2) Lack of windows in bedrooms 3) Numerous outlets and light switches did not function. 4) Questions if the remodel is up to code.」

「I came down with my 15 year old who is a golfer and a met fan. We had an amazing time. We needed propane andit was provided quickly! I of course loss to my son in golf but the pool table provided relief for me ( i beat him). This space is perfect!!!!!」

「Jean David was pleasant to work with and easy to reach when needed. House is nice but major road construction and not easy to get in and out of the property. If not under construction, would stay again.」
