Mariner's View - Sweeping Views of the Bay from the Expansive Deck

Mariner's View is a three bedroom property is situated one street back from the Esplanade with elevated water views over the entire bay.
The property is set in a quiet area of town with large deck, bushland at rear and plenty of room for parking. Relax and enjoy the majestic views of the bay from the deck or from inside through the large lounge room window.

The property features:
- open plan living area with ceiling fan and split system air conditioning
- flat screen TV with DVD
- separate bathroom and toilet
- barbecue and fish cleaning area at the rear
- easy access to the premises from the back with no stairs to climb

Great fishing and dining
A lovely place to stay, very peaceful. The fishing is second to none and the local amenities are easily accessible and staffed by friendly helpful local people. We will return again to stay at Mariners View.

Location was great.The place was well equiped kitchen wise. Hot water hot and instant..Unfortunately food scraps in between cushions on sofa left a bad taste..The only key I could get to work was on the back door.. Overall liked the place but time for a little maintenance... Emu in front garden a bonus.

Coffin Bay visit
Enjoyed our visit to Coffin Bay, in spite of the weather. The property was in a great location, with water views. Nice house, but some aspects needing some TLC and renovation, eg kitchen sink, and the garden, but overall an enjoyable experience.

Coffin Bay Stay
Great accommodation and location. The only flaw would be the attention to detail of the cleaner. Hair in the bed, shower and sink. The grill had been used and not cleaned, the fridge freezer could’ve done with a wipe out (and a light 💡) and the aged plastic kitchen sink should probably be replaced with a clean stainless steel one. An 8/10 score could’ve easily been a 10/10. Regardless, I would definitely return, it’s a beautiful spot, a real mariners view!
