「The neighborhood you'll find very quickly is the warmest you've ever seen. Head up to mad rock cafe for breakfast (fish cakes & toutons) then hike the trail from the cafe to mad rock. The property is extremely relaxed & lovely. I would have loved to see the basics added to their kitchen (like oil, salt, and vinegar). As well don't forget your shampoo and conditioner - there is none on the property.」

「We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...

「We had a large group of three families stay at this property and it worked out excellent. You have the full house plus backyard. the kitchen was really well laid out and the accessories and little touches were really great. It even included a bunch of plastic and glass containers for left overs when you had a cooking night. The host had left detailed instructions and everything worked very well. There were even games and backyard games included. All in all a great location to explore St.John's...
