My husband and I were running behind for check-in due to taking our kiddos to the irrigation festival fireworks. The gentleman who was running the front desk was amazing and communicated with us. We arrived just before 11pm when they were supposed to close the front desk, but he was more than willing to stay later and even figure out how to mark us as a late check-in if we were past 11:30pm. Definitely will stay again if needed.

There was a big hole in the carpet about a foot wide. The bathroom door was very dirty on both sides and had a hole in the middle that looked to be stuffed with tissue paper.

Our room wasn't ready when we came to check in so they gave us another room. The bath fan was stuck running with no knob to turn it off. The bathroom door wouldn't close. They gave us another room. The toilet ran off and on continually, I had to take a waste basket from the previous room, the coffee maker and microwave both didn't work. The staff at the desk were ok.
