「Everything was v clean. We stayed in the Wotter Room on the second floor. Yes it could all do with a bit of a paint in patches but the room is charming and huge. The view was amazing - we could see the fireworks in Plymouth the first night that we stayed. Had a fab Nepalese curry on Wednesday followed by an Indian pudding which was delicious. Steak on the second night. The hotel is on the edge of Dartmoor but close enough to the local tourist attractions. We will definitely return. 」

「We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus.
