「Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. 「The staff of the reception desk were incredibly helpful. They were knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to help us and answer our questions. Pool was a bit small but literally 5 minutes walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go including the wooden tram and restaurants.
