「L'hôtel dit avoir un stationnement mais a notre arrivée a 15h, il etait déjà complet et le stationnement dans les rues est plus difficile. Le service a l'accueil etait expéditif, nous semblions les deranger. Impossible d'obtenir de la glace a notre chambre pour le vin, on nous a dit daller en acheter en face. Le déjeuner etait tres bien, l'hôtel est tres beau et bien situé.」

「The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after...

「El apartamento está bien situado con salida directa al mar mediterráneo y piscina y vista al mar menor. Los propietarios fueron muy amables sin poner ningún problema con la hora de entrada y salida. Estuvimos genial」

「Cuando llegamos la casa estaba muy sucia. Los cubiertos con restos de comida. Ropa de otros inquilinos en los cajones. Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves, por un accidente se nos quedaron dentro del apartamento y habiendo más juegos en posesión del propietario e intermediaria no nol os dieron y nos dejaron desatendidos en la calle, a la espera de encontrar un cerrajero con el consiguiente coste. Nos sentimos muy mal atendidos 」
