「The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.」

「The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. 」

「Todella hieno hotelli ja ystävällinen omistaja :) Ainut miinus oli uima-altaan vesi, joka ei ollut lämmitetty, joten pienen lapsen kanssa siellä ei kauaa voinut oleskella. Muuten siivous toimi erinomaisesti ja hotelli oli todella rauhallinen, silti vain noin 100m Plataniaksen pääkadulta ylöspäin. Vahva suositus! :)」

「Great location, perfect for the beach and all the facilities Platanias has to offer. Dimitris cannot do enough to make sure you have a great holiday. He and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming, you feel like part of the family! The apartment was modern with a lovely bathroom. There are loads of great restaurants within a very short walk, we had a car for the holiday but you could easily manage without due to the proximity of everything.
