I’ve traveled all over, but this experience was unlike anything I’ve ever had. After a long 8-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel, only to be shocked by how dirty and disgusting the room was. The floor was sticky like someone had done construction work, and the smell was unbearable. To make matters worse, the bathroom had used tissues —it was clear that no one had bothered to clean properly. When I went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff was incredibly rude. She barely apologized and offered me two options: a refund or for her to "clean it herself." It was honestly so upsetting that I just wanted to cry. I chose the refund because I wasn’t going to spend another minute in that terrible room. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The person in the room next to me was playing music and singing- so the sound proofing is not great. My TV and both remote controls did not work. They say breakfast but it is just an oatmeal packet and coffee. It was ok to just have some place to sleep.

The property looked run down. People were smoking where no smoking signs were visible. We couldn’t get more towels. The room was dirty and smelled like fried fish. A shelf broke when I went to put my things on it. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi.

This place was horrible. We were greeted with people outside the door smoking. They had dogs small and big staying there. The room smelled horrible. I sneezed all night because of my allergies.

The floor had a huge dip in it, the smoke detector was dangling off the curling, the fridge made horrible noises all night, couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink, the bathroom sink had cracks visibly so called repaired, the bathroom floor mat had dirt stains on it and there was only a drying cloth in the kitchen, no dishwashing soap or paper towels. Smokers (including staff) was directly in front of the door. I hope to never have to stay there again.
