“This house is up a windy road in the hills, and as such is quiet and serene, although a quick trip down the hill gets you to a highway that will quickly whisk you away to Oakland, San Francisco or Walnut Creek. It's also within 10 minutes of gorgeous hiking among the redwoods. The space itself is beautiful and serene with artistic touches that make it stand out from other rentals. Highly recommended for when you want to recharge in a beautiful canyon setting!”

“First, the view is extraordinary - you look straight out to the Golden Gate and see the Bay Bridge to your left. This alone is worth the visit.Secondly, the property was as clean as any rental or hotel we've ever stayed in - so nice. Beds are comfortable, towels nice, kitchen fine (we didn't cook much). A small complaint is the limited number of devices allowable on the internet system. We were 6 people - most have a phone, computer and watch - and we had to turn off devices to let people access……

“I and my group enjoyed the house a lot. Very quiet neighborhood and a ocean breeze, I will definitely be returning in the future. ”

“We enjoyed the one bedroom cottage. Walking into the cottage was a little challenging with construction next door and a few tiles that were loose walking into the cottage from the outside. Overall it was great.”

“The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention ”

“The location is beautiful and the home is ideal for family and entertaining. The host was very responsive to all of my messages. I hosted a small gathering the night before my son's wedding. It was great having the kitchen in the center so that I could place food on the counters for people to serve themselves. It would have been nice to have more seating at the table, but we made it work. The only other suggestion I would make would be to provide nicer bath products. There were partial……

"This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed "
