"The stay couldn't have been better! The staff and guests were all warm and friendly. The lobby is comfortable, inviting with lovely fresh flowers and cookie snack to welcome guests. The wine and popcorn cocktail hour is a delightful touch and the continental breakfast plentiful with a wide selection. It was wonderful."

"The staff is super nice and accommodating. Given how cheap this was compared to typical Aspen prices, I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel felt cozy, there was a good choice at breakfast, and the staff was very available and willing to help. The rooms were somewhat old with some signs of wear (as I expected based on the price and reviews), but I was pleasantly surprised they were functional and clean. The location is fantastic. "The staff at the front desk, Seth and Marshall, were very helpful. They gave me clear directions to transit to and from the Denver Airport. This saved time and money. The complimentary breakfast was in a very well lit spacious setting with large windows to view the surrounding snow capped mountains. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
