「We had a great time. The flat is clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is nice and quiet. Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful contact (we could call him at 7 pm when we need a second key and he managed the problem). The only minor issue was that we could not find the garbage cans (we were told to deposit the stuff just outside the door).」

「We had a short trip at Arco, Lago Di Garda. Everything was fine with the holiday apartment, we enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and the communication with the host was excellent! :)」

「Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub grundsätzlich sehr genossen - dies ist insbesondere auf die tolle Lage zurückzuführen. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend - unklare Regeln und vor allem fadenscheinige Zusatzkosten, welche jeglicher Grundlage entbehren. Zum Beispiel Heizkosten welche nicht entstanden sind. Nachweise gab es keine! Der Erholungseffekt ist aber durch den Stress im Nachhinein aufgrund dieser Thematik direkt wieder weg. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.」

「Ottima la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita Grosté e Fortini. Molto efficiente l'organizzazione interna con un unico numero-chiave corrispondente al numero di camera e al numero dell'armadietto ove riporre le attrezzature da sci. Migliorabile il rispetto del silenzio negli spazi comuni (soprattutto sala ristorante, piscina e SPA) e nelle camere vicine, se si vuole ambire a un punteggio maggiore e attirare una clientela più adulta/esigente.」

「I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. They don’t serve dinner until 730pm, which was not all that convenient with smaller kids (note most restaurants in town...
