「We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. 「This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. 「The check in process was easy. The apartment decor was great. I love the beachy coastal look. Hats off to whoever decorated the apartment. Comfy bed, plenty of charging outlets. The only things that kept my review from being all 5’s was the cleaners could have done a better job and there was a lot of building exterior that work going on (out of the owner’s control).」

「This condo is just about perfect. Front gate leads you to the elevator, which takes you right next to this condo. Spacious, beautifully decorated, large balcony looking over the Sabine Bay. Within walking distance to anything you want to do. Only bad mark is the bed in the main bedroom is extremely noisy. It's so bad, you don't even want to move in it. Also, the pool was just too cold to get in, and the weather was in the high 80's all week.」

「This unit was excellent and as advertised. The beach was about 800 feet away across Fort Pickens road and easily accessed. The fact that beach chairs and some toys were already there also helped in packing for our trip with small children.
