「disappointed 」

「I thought the room was awesome and was clean, only bad thing is there was no business center available during my stay.」

「The property is great! However, the only hiccup we had was, we were extremely hungry and the supervisor, would not allow us to get anything to eat. The cafe attendant was really nice and she seemed saddened by this but there was nothing she could do. While standing there, a few more hungry patrons arrived and everyone was turned back. It was a sad moment. Otherwise, from every other individual we came into contact with, gave us the attention we needed. 」

「Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and other fun things. The only bad experience was the bar staff. The hotel was hosting a sorority event that night and the bartenders preferred to wait on them. We stood at the bar for almost an hour, even speaking up, but they continued to ignore us and serve the younger crowd. We decided to leave. The hostess stopped us on our way out to give us 2 free water bottles because they saw what happened and felt bad. Other than the bar...
