「Schrecklicher Service beim Einchecken. Die Reception war wohl in einem anderen Hotel. Das Personal an der Bar konnte nichts machen. Sehr unprofessionell. Keine Informationen über den gratis Parkplatz, wo man parkieren kann. Mussten dann zusätzlich 20 Euro bezahlen.(öffentliches Parkhaus). Wir konnten zwar ins Zimmer, mussten dann eine Stunde und ein Viertel auf den Schlüssel warten. Nach 3-maliger Rücksprache via Whatspapp und 2-maliger Rücksprache an der Bar.
