「The service are very cosy. The front staff Marco and et. la. speaks very good English and respond to our emails before check-in very promptly. They offer very good advise on how to move around the city and also our not-so-common request of looking for good place to buy wine and grocery. They really know the city. 「Il Relais dell'Abazzia is a wonderful B&B in the quieter area of San Zeno, about 10 mins walk away from the madness of the city centre. Our room was very ample, well appointed and spotlessly clean.
