「It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. 」

「After some confusion with the details of the property description, Ruth and Andrea were immensely accommodating in switching us to the room I originally intended. I cannot thank yhem enough. 」

「We have stayed at this property 2 years ago and was very impressed with the apartment and location. It’s city center and comveniently located around many shops, restaurants, and transportation. If you stay in Balogna and don’t rent a car this place is perfect. It was also clean and comfortable. 」

「The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

「We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location and our host Roberto gave us great tips on things to see and places to eat! We fell in love with Bologna during our stay. We definitely want to come back. Beautiful courtyard garden area was the perfect atmosphere for us. Short walk to city center. We'll be back!!!」

「Its in a great location but we were on the top floor of 4 flights of very steep stairs trying to carry heavy suit case. there was no help from the girl who showed us the room. We are elderly and probably shouldnt have booked a place with such steep stairs. But the location was absolutely perfect and the room was charming. I had to fix the bed as a few of the wooden slats in the base were broken and the mattress sank. Despite the roof top apartment being up high there was no view from the...
