“I think it’s a good living place in this price, but a bits far to downtown, you may spend like 50k of Taxi to city central . It’s close to local community .Hotel room is large and comfortable to stay, we were very enjoy the service included the breakfast which having multiple choice.
Anyhow, I will recommend people who have economic concerns but wish to have a nice trip.”
“Staff was so friendly. I was so glad to having Cantonese speaking staff! At first I was using Google translate from Eng>VN. So much easier! Our flight was delayed due to visa hiccup but the staff took good care of me and my boy. Including one evening time staff who recommending me to a wonderful massage place around the corner and drove me there! They were always asking how my son was doing. So sweet. Walking distance to restaurants and a short Bolt ride to the walking Street (don’t need to see……
“Ants and lizards all over the hotel room. I check out after half a day of stay, and wanted my refund for the other days not stayed at the hotel. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. If possible, they should be removed from Expedia.”
"Hotel breakfast is great and variety choices. Location bit far from downtown and very few free shuttle from hotel to downtown. Would be great to have more shuttle buses at different time. 2 free bottles of water daily. "
Great location, Bad soundproofing & privacy issues
"The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic.
Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel.
Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have."
