「This property is a mixed bag. Started off well when manager bought a hit water kettle for morning coffee when I asked about one in my room. But problems built over two weeks. Key cards failed 3 times. Air Con failed in last night. BTW I lost one of the key cards through a hole in my pocket, and was charged a ludicrous 400 baht for it. On two nights, neighbors packed in an adjacent room had loud drunken parties late into the evening. Eventually management did quiet them down, but, having already...

「It’s a beautiful resort driving up. Rooms are good. We got a pool room which was great to be able to just walk into the pool from our room. Only down side is no food option besides breakfast you have to order the night before for a surcharge. Breakfast was great though and worth it. On the upside of no option on sight the staff is amazing at helping you order food to be delivered and will plate it for you.
