Really good, but.....

The building and the room were beautiful, if a bit industrial. The couch was uncomfortable, though, and the bed was REALLY low, which was difficult for my bad back. Also, the only option for watching TV was Chromecast. It was fine and I figured out how to use it, but it would've been nice to have an option for the less tech savvy.

Great location close to the airport and downtown. The instructions are clear but you must pay special attention to all of them to successfully access the unit! I feel like I am pretty savvy but it took dedicated concentration and reading the instructions and a chat to find the parking and then the unit. Once at the suite, it was perfect! Has all amenities needed. I wish we were able to stay longer. This is great for a multi-night stay. Did not see the pool or gym but both were available and I was hoping that we would have been able to take advantage of them. Overall a good stay, just be aware of the instructions and take time to review them prior to getting to the property.

Great location downtown PHX, located by great restaurants that’s walking distance like the popular burger joint Bad Jimmy’s and popular brunch spot Snooze next door. Also not far from the beautiful Japanese friendship garden. Will stay again!

I love big, roomy, new and modern accommodation. The rate was fantastic ( $140 pn include parking ) so as laundry machine . However there was no complimentary housekeeping’s or front desk service. Whatever you need you had to chat with an agent vis Sodor app. Even all the keys, access to parking and elevator were via codes that you have to get through the app so if you are not App savvy and need a real key card or see a real agent these place not for you. P.S the bed was comfy but sofa bed in the living room was awful

The area isn’t the best a lot of homeless people wandering day and night, however no one bothered us. I walked alone day and night with zero issue. For a non smoking complex there was a lot of marijuana smoking taking place in the complex. Beds were good building was quiet. Received the codes and everything thru email or the app. Building was clean. There was sonder staff at the building everyday if you needed to ask questions, as well as email or communication via the app. Pool area had a smell of natural gas near the fire table, someone should probably have a look at. Way better than staying in a hotel. Great stay would recommend and would definitely stay again

I’m in my early 50’s. Missed having a front desk and human interaction. Modern clean safe place. A little noisy plumbing and steeet noise. Did not like entering a code to enter building, elevator etc. A lot of hassle vs traditional cards at hotel. Friendly staff on App and chat was good.
