We would like to give a big shout out to Dora, who was our contact during our stay. Dora helped make our stay as comfortable as enjoyable as possible. She did her very best to help us out with the problems we had with the hot tub. Thanks very much!!

Amazing pool and lots of space for 4 families
We had a wonderful week stay at this property. The pool is amazing and huge, the house was extremely clean and beds were all very comfortable. We traveled with 3 other families and there is so much space for everyone to have their own privacy. The house was fully stocked with every bathroom and kitchen amenity, there was tons of pool and bath towels contrary to another review. The property is also pretty private. Only downfalls is the hot tub (spa never worked and the garbage cans( outside dumpsters) were full when we arrived. I tried to communicate this with Rebel rentals and their customer service is not great never addressed the hot tub issue and garbage wasn’t dealt with till our 6th day after multiple emails and text. In addition we would have appreciated some instructions on the homes tvs (as we could only get one to work) and sound system as we only used a bluetooth speaker we brought because we couldn’t get it to work all week.

Rental nightmare
This whole house isn’t like the picture at all!!! Nothing worked outside including the hot tub or pool. There was 2 dead rats in the bush by the bbq and dirty underwear left on the patio. The bbq didn’t work, none of the fireplaces work like in the pictures. The pool was filthy from day 1 and never did get cleaned. Not enough towels for everyone. No dish clothes or towels to dry dishes. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Everything about this place was horrible. Worst rental experience ever. To top it off we had no luck getting through to the property manager, rebel rentals so nothing got fixed while we were there. Vbro did nothing to help us and we got no refund even though we couldn’t use half the things we rented the property for. Do NOT rent this place or anything from Rebel rentals
