Very Nice But
Nice place in nice neighborhood. Beautiful inside with great AC and comfort. Nice TV. However dishwasher leaked, broken door. Toaster worked but it had to be unplugged to make it pop up. Two of the beds had ok mattresses but two were so soft they were hard to sleep in. Also, none of the rooms had night stands with lights. The fifth bedroom was really a room with a bed in it. Nice place, but if I were to stay in Goodyear I might check other options although the price was good.

Five bedroom ranch in a beautiful desert setting
Property was excellent, and just what we needed. Our group of five golfers each had a separate bedroom, and the central living area was both functional and nicely decorated. The unit is convenient to several golf courses, and restaurants are just a few miles away. We thought the price was reasonable for the value it provided.

A Great Stay
Liked that the house was in the back of a gated community so there was little noise. There was plenty of space to hang out. Enjoyed the games and puzzles that were available. The bedrooms were spacious. Had the necessities to cook meals.

we came to AZ for my dads 80th birthday party. he lives in canta mia so we were only there to sleep and shower. the listing says the house sleeps 10 however we had to borrow bath towels so everyone could have their own. there was dog hair on the sheets in the master bedroom and mold on one of the pillows. the shower had mildew growing and the toilet had a black ring around the water line. pictures can be provided upon request.

Enjoyable Stay
We were pleased with our stay a group of 5 stayed. Our check in/check out went with ease. House is nice and roomy also clean. The games and books provided are a nice touch and the patio area is a really cool hangout spot. We also appreciated having garage parking and having a washer and dryer available.There were a couple of small things just to note but nothing major it wasnt an issue for us. The first is that one of the bedrooms has a very firm mattress I believe its the memory foam, if you're not use to a firm mattress it may be uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms is lit only by a lamp we could not get the lights on, as we were out and about a good deal of the time not an issue for us. And lastly just a note one of the bedrooms doesnt have a closet but there is plenty of closet space in the other rooms.

I am giving this home 5 stars because of the price, cleanliness, location and neighborhood. It has some wear and tear but at such a great price that can be overlooked. Kitchen was well stock Neighborhood in the gated community was quiet and felt very safe. We loved the location for mountain bike riding!! And the grounds around the house with the plants out in the courtyard and backyard was just lovely!! We would definitely stay here again.

House in great location, clean and well-furnished kitchen. 7 of us enjoyed the home, all retired! Loved the 4 king size beds. Mattresses very comfortable. Bring your own fire wood and enjoy the fire pit. Matt is an awesome home-owner and answers all questions immediately. Thank you very much for sharing your home. Four sisters and spouses try to rent a house to spend time together every year. This was a winner in rental properties.

Beautiful home in a very comfortable, quiet neighborhood
This home is a exactly as advertised. Communication from property manager was perfection and responded immediately. Neighborhood is walking distance from F.I.N.S hiking area and close to everything else you may need. The house is very well laid out and can accommodate a large family comfortably. Your dogs will absolutely love the very large enclosed back yard and a small dog will love their own doggy door. All in all a great experience and a home I'd recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious home, terrible communication, unprofessional cleaning
This house has a spacious layout and a great backyard for entertaining your family and guests. With that said, we had a really bad experience overall. The house was not ready on time for us. There was still someone at the house trying to finish cleaning when we got there. He told us that it was ready to go but we later found out that it wasn't the case. The bed sheets, and pillow covers were not replaced. Even the coffee pot still had coffee left from previous guests. This was especially very frustrating considering the pandemic. We called and texted the primary contact, but he didn't get back to us. We finally called the management company (evolve), and told them the situation. First, they apologized, asked for pictures showing dirty linens and confirmed that they were gonna take care of it. We sent them the pics and left the house so they could clean. When we got home at 10pm, we were shocked to see that nothing was done!

Great potential to be awesome!
This home hit all the requirements for our upcoming stay with multiple family members...or so I thought. I believe with just a few adjustments this home could move from 3-star to 5-star and could be a fantastic VRBO rental (although it's really another company- Evolve, but actually Goodyear Vacation Rental Property Services...that was a little annoying). I'll start with the areas for improvement: - Safety Items: There is no internal deadbolt/lock/chain, on any door, when you're in for the day/night, and I found out that the electronic lock isn't changed each visit; it left me quite uncomfortable. - Cleanliness: This home charges for a cleaning service, I don't think you get what you pay for. My 2-year old had black feet after running barefoot INSIDE the home. The cleaners need to use something better than a swiffer wet mop (which just pushes the dirt/grime around). - Home appointing: There are very limited window treatments in the home leaving you to feel limited privacy during hours of darkness and forcing you awake as soon as the sun is up. Additionally, there are no nightstands/side tables in any This home hit (besides the master), nor are there any bedside lamps. Another suggestion would be to label the light switches, even after 9 days in the home we still had to flip until we figured out what turned on/off what. - Outside seating: A quick mention to the lack of window screen for the living room window or the sliding door to the backyard (which was so unfortunate as the weather was perfect!). The outside furniture needs to be refreshed. The faux wicker furniture crumbles under your touch, understandable due to extreme heat/sun exposure, but needs to be replaced. - Additional recommendation: Create a welcome book with smart sheet about the home. For example, discussing when the garbage goes on the curb and what is allowed to be recycled. Positive feedback: - Location was perfect! This home is in a great neighborhood, just down the street from a playground, the kids loved it! - Backyard for entertaining & play! It was wonderful to explore the beautiful gardens that line the yard. Garage: What a bonus to be able to park inside during inclement weather! - Extensive library: We wish we could have read them all! - Responsive management: Questions were quickly addressed, thank you! The bottom line is that this home has great potential to be an awesome rental property! Biggest points that need to be addressed - safety & cleanliness.
